Giving Opportunities

  • CVM Ranch: The OSU College of Veterinary Medicine Ranch is an off-site extension of the OSU Veterinary Medical Hospital specializing in equine and bovine breeding and reproduction services. This ranch is equipped to handle all aspects of large animal reproduction, both routine breeding work and more advanced techniques.
  • Clinical Skills Program: The program will engage students in hands-on learning experiences throughout the four-year program in a low-stress, low-risk environment. Students will augment curriculum offerings while minimizing live animal usage. Students will develop clinical abilities and improve skills over time through repetition using animal cadavers and simulated computer models.
  • Imaging Center: The center will provide a much-needed upgrade to one of only two facilities in Oklahoma that can perform MRIs on animal patients.

Pet Memorial Giving Program

The Pet Memorial Giving Program at the CVM was established to acknowledge the life and death of companion animals as an avenue to show sympathy and support for grieving pet owners. Cards are sent to pet owners of those animals who have a donation made in their memory. Donations can be made by both veterinary clinics and individuals and are used to support the Companion Animal Fund.
