Cost & Financial Aid

Financial Aid

Veterinary medicine students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to unlock potential financial assistance opportunities.

Health Professions Loan

This loan is for students in the College of Veterinary Medicine. These funds can be used for educationally-related costs, including, but not limited to, general enrollment fees, tuition, room/board and books.

Scholarships are available to CVM students beginning year 2 of the veterinary medicine program. The financial support provided by these scholarships can help alleviate the costs associated with tuition, textbooks, and other educational expenses.

Tuition and Fees

A comprehensive understanding of the overall cost structure, encompassing tuition, fees, and related expenses, is crucial for both informed decision-making and strategic financial planning throughout a student's academic journey.

Cost Comparison Tool

The American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges has developed this Cost Comparison Tool to help prospective students further develop a financial plan for veterinary school.

Textbooks & Supplies

This list of textbooks and supplies will not only support your studies but also contribute to a rewarding and fulfilling educational experience for our current DVM students.
