Recent Graduate Nomination Form

The Recent Graduate Award is selected and presented by the College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni Society Executive Board in recognition of outstanding professional and personal achievements and contributions to the enhancement of the veterinary profession.

 

Please use this form to nominate a graduate who you believe has made outstanding contributions both within the profession of veterinary medicine and beyond, through community, state, or national activities.
