You may order your white coat from anywhere, including Amazon, but you will still need to drop it off at The Uniform Stop by deadline for it to be embroidered. - Complete Reader Card Information
- Day of Ceremony
- Attire: keep in mind that you will be UP on stage above the photographer and the audience who will be Down from you, short dresses are not recommended.
- Arrive: 9:30 a.m.
- Seating: You will be seated in alphabetical order in the center section front rows, look for your name on your assigned seat(s).
- Guests: Students are limited to 6 guests due to limited seating.
- Photos: Professional photos will be taken of you being “Coated” and immediately following the ceremony with your coat on, you will have a group photo taken (so do not leave the auditorium until after this!) These pictures along with your individual professional and group photos will be available for purchase on their website.
- Parking and Accessibility
Enter through the North Entrance
- Parking is available at the Stillwater Community Center. Overflow parking spaces are located at the Public Library, the Prairie Arts Center, or surrounding neighborhoods.
- Watch the Livestream
- CVM will be live-streaming the ceremony for you to share with family and friends on the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine Facebook Page.
- Photos
April 24, 8:45-9:45 a.m.
- Professional photos will be taken of you being “Coated” and backstage with your coat on. You will have a group photo taken as well.
- However, if you want a professional headshot, you must arrive before the ceremony to get these done.
- All photos will be available for purchase on their website. They will email you a link after the ceremony
- Appropriate attire is… business professional
