Continuing Education
Our continuing education programs provide veterinarians, veterinary technicians and hospital staff an opportunity to stay apprised of the latest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques and management recommendations available to the profession.
DVM Online Continuing Education (CE)
Practitioners, RVTs and Veterinary Assistants Online CE
In 2020, the College of Veterinary Medicine launched an online CE program. Several new not for college credit courses are being offered and several more are under development.

Highlighted Online CE Courses
The Opioid Online CE course meets the One Hour course requirement for DEA registrants.
Rodeo Medicine CE – Topics include Musculoskeletal Injuries in the Bucking Bull (Dr. Schoonover); Anesthesia
and Pain Management in Rodeo Stock (Dr. Boileau); and Sinus Topics in Rodeo Bulls
(Dr. Streeter). 3 hours of CE for $60.

OSU/OVMA Summer Seminar
Summer Seminar 2021 will be June 18-19, 2021. The event will be virtual and 10 hours of CE will be available.
Tentative schedule: Friday, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Registration will open April 1, 2021.
