Alumni and Friends Endowed Scholarship
1,000 Giving $1,000
Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine established this project that will impact the future of veterinary students through an endowed scholarship program developed by the leadership of the OSU Veterinary Alumni Association.
The Alumni and Friends Endowed Scholarship Fund in Veterinary Medicine – The 1,000 giving $1,000 Campaign has been established to enhance veterinary student scholarships through gifts made by CVM alumni and their friends. The goal is for 1,000 alumni and friends to each donate $1,000 to create an endowment valued at $1 million. Recipients will be students who meet specific criteria and embody the alumni legacy spirit of Cowboy Veterinarians.
General Scholarships
You can impact the lives of tomorrow’s veterinarians today. By establishing an endowed scholarship or fellowship, you can ensure that men and women who desire to become veterinarians or to pursue advanced training have the financial means to do so. Your endowment will provide annual support in perpetuity. Not only does this benefit students, but it will help secure the health of animals and humans alike as those students work on research projects to produce new pharmaceuticals, and advance the safety of food and water supplies.
Gifts in support of general scholarships can be so noted and designated through the giving link at the OSU Foundation or contact Ashley Hesser, assistant director of development at the OSU Foundation at 405-385-0715 or ahesser@osugiving.com for assistance.
