Dr. Rosslyn Biggs
Dr. Biggs is the Beef Cattle Extension Specialist for OSU Extension, Director of Continuing Education, Director of the Center for Rural Veterinary Medicine, and a Clinical Assistant Professor for Veterinary Clinical Sciences.
Dr. Biggs is a 2004 graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Christine Nichols, MS EDTC
Christine Nichols is the Assistant Director of Continuing Education for Veterinary Medicine. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from OSU, Arts and Sciences in 2006. She earned her degree through the Psychology Department. She later graduated with a Master of Science degree in Educational Technology from OSU in 2025.
Previously, Ms. Nichols worked in a variety of departments at Oklahoma State, including the OSU Police Department, The Registrar's Office, and the College of Arts and Sciences. In these roles, in addition to other duties, she taught a variety of adult education professional development courses.
Her current focus is online professional development courses for veterinary professionals.

Elena Santiago
Elena Santiago serves as the Continuing Education Coordinator for Veterinary Medicine.
She graduated from Oklahoma State University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. She earned her degree through the Agricultural Communications department and minored in Agribusiness.
Elena has long been passionate about working with youth, having been actively involved in various youth-focused events throughout her upbringing. She is committed to bridging the gap between young people and the vast world of agriculture, helping them understand the many opportunities that exist under its broad umbrella.

Student Workers
Rylee Glazier
Rylee Glazier is a junior at Oklahoma State University studying Agricultural Communications and Agriculture Business. She began working on the Continuing Education team in February 2024. She grew up on her family farm that had emphasis on commercial cow-calf operation and along with grain production in Loyal and Omega, Oklahoma. Her dream job would be to work as a public relations professional for an agriculture business or corporation.
Presley Pullen
Presley Pullen is a junior studying Agricultural Communications and Animal Science at OSU. She calls Stratford, Oklahoma home and developed an appreciation for agriculture through exhibiting swine and working in her family's peach orchard. Presley joined the CE team in January 2024 and aims to find a job in animal pharmaceutical sales or agriculture youth development.
